Already purchased your maintenance renewal?
If you have purchased a renewal for an annual license or support/maintenance, and have received a Maintenance ID or Renewal ID, apply the renewal to your license using the following steps:
  • Update your serial number record on-line
  • Reauthorize your TreeAge Pro installation (go to Help > License Manager > Internet Authorization)
  • OPTIONAL: Check for available software updates (go to START > Programs > TreeAge Pro > Check for Updates)

What is the Annual Maintenance Agreement?
To maximize the value of your new TreeAge Pro License, all new purchases of TreeAge Pro, TreeAge Pro Healthcare, TreeAge Pro Suite and TreeAge Pro Interactive come with a 12-month Annual Maintenance Agreement. The Annual Maintenance Agreement ensures that your new TreeAge Pro software will be eligible for any new updates and upgrades for the next twelve months. (Upgrades from DATA versions may include a different maintenance plan.)

The Annual Maintenance Agreement entitles you to:

  • Upgrade Protection which includes; upgrades to the latest TreeAge Pro version for free.
  • Unlimited access to Technical Support via the telephone (on an 800-number with priority queuing), e-mail and facsimile.
  • Maintenance Updates, fixes and patches.

PLEASE NOTE:

Owners of Perpetual Licenses may renew their Maintenance Agreement which includes; Upgrade Protection, Maintnenace Updates & Tech Support, before it expires, thereby ensuring continued receipt of free upgrades, technical support and maintenance updats. Renewing your Maintenance Agreement is also the best and least expensive way to protect your software investment. If your Maintenance Agreement is allowed to expire, low cost renewals will no longer be available as an option. Instead, you will be eligible for software upgrades to the latest version of TreeAge Pro. As a registered user, you will be offered upgrades at the below pricing, effective March 31, 2006. These prices are invariably be higher than the cost of keeping your Maintnenace Agreement current.
